I'm a former secondary school physics teacher who's been tutoring full-time since 2018. My background is in helping students who've decided they "just don't get maths" turn that around — usually because the gap is in fundamentals from a year or two earlier, not in the topic they're currently stuck on. I work with GCSE and A-Level students across AQA, Edexcel and OCR, and a smaller number of KS3 students who want to get ahead before the GCSE workload kicks in. Sessions are structured but conversational. We work through past papers together, identify the recurring mistakes, and build the habit of writing solutions the way examiners want to see them. I take on a small number of students each year so I can stay focused.
